Carrier Global Names Amy Miles as Independent Board Director

Carrier Global said that Amy Miles, chair of the board of Norfolk Southern since May 2022, is joining its board as an independent director.

The provider of climate and energy solutions on Wednesday said that it appointed Miles, who has also been a board director at Norfolk since 2014, to the board's audit committee and governance committee.

Miles' term is expiring at Carrier Global's 2025 annual meeting of shareholders.
