ZenaTech Completes Acquisition of Weddle Surveying, Expanding Business in Pacific Northwest

ZenaTech (ZENA) said Thursday it has completed its acquisition of Weddle Surveying, a land survey and civil engineering firm expected to form the base of its expanding drone-as-a-service operations in the Pacific Northwest.

Portland, Oregon-based Weddle will add more than 200 customers for ZenaTech, the company said, adding that it plans to develop other drone applications including wildfire monitoring and fire management.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed on Thursday.
