OCBC Uses Treasury Shares for Employee Share Schemes

Oversea-Chinese Banking (SGX:O39) used another 127,856 treasury shares worth around SG$1.8 million for its employee share schemes, a Thursday Singapore bourse filing said.

Following the transaction, the number of treasury shares stood at 19,407,210 shares, according to the lender.
