OUE REIT's (SGX:TS0U) distribution per unit or DPU was up 8.7% during the second half of 2024 to SG$0.0113 compared to SG$0.0104 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Net property income came in at SG$116.9 million, down 2.3% from SG$119.7 million in the comparable period.
Revenue was up 1.7% year over year to SG$148.8 million from SG$146.3 million in the year-ago period.
The REIT's portfolio valuation increased by 0.2% year over year to SG$5.84 billion, while committed occupancy for the Singapore office portfolio came in at 94.6%.
