Mingfa Group (International) (HKG:0846) recorded contracted sales of roughly 5.27 billion yuan for 2024, down 8.3% year on year, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing by the property firm said.
The company recorded a contracted sold area of 615,916 square meters for the reporting period, with the average selling price coming in at 8,561 yuan per square meter.
