Wenye Group Holdings (HKG:1802) entered into a memorandum of understanding with NEXTYPE:MEME-NANA and Tonino Lamborghini Resort Saipan regarding enhancing the latter's infrastructure, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
If realized, the parties will collaborate to promote and connect Tonino Lamborghini Resort Saipan's top luxury hotels, amusement parks, art museums, and other infrastructure with the world through Web2 and Web3 using the MEME-NANA platform.
