HG Semiconductor (HKG:6908) received three applications for 140.3 million rights shares under its rights offering, representing 74.74% of the 187.7 million rights shares allocated for the deal.
The placing agent will procure buyers for the unsubscribed rights shares by Feb. 4, according to a Wednesday filing on the Hong Kong Exchange.
The semiconductor manufacturer is expected to announce the results of the rights issue on Feb. 6.
