Black Peony Group (SHA:600510) subsidiary Changzhou Peony Jiangnan Venture Investment plans to co-invest in establishing the Changzhou Xinbei Hejia New Carbon Venture Investment Partnership.
Changzhou Peony Jiangnan Venture Investment will invest 19 million yuan in the fund, which comprises 19% of the fund's total size of 100 million yuan, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The fund will invest in new energy, advanced carbon materials and related industries in the Changzhou High-Tech Zone.
