Shareholders of Solartech International's (HKG:1166) will meet on Feb. 17 to vote on the proposed disposal of Dongguan Hua Yi Brass Products by unit Modern China Enterprises, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The manufacturer of industrial components entered into the deal to sell the target company to Dongguan Yinhua Industrial Investment for 70 million yuan in November 2024.

Shares of the firm were up nearly 2% in recent trade.
