Guangdong Jushen Logistics (SHE:001202) signed a letter of intent (LOI) with Yangzhou Hairun Shipbuilding to build two 75-meter floating crane ships valued at 92 million yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The ships will support the company's overseas lighterage projects in Guinea and Indonesia, aligning with its long-term growth strategy. Delivery is expected by November.
Payment will be made in phases, starting with 5% upon signing. This move bolsters Jushen's global business footprint and operational capabilities.
