Shinhan Financial Group (KRX:055550) affiliate Shinhan Card unveiled a generative AI-based system to enhance its customer service operations, Pulse News reported Friday.
Developed over 18 months using more than 100,000 pieces of internal data, the AI system analyzes inquiries in real time to offer customized solutions. The AI-based system aims to lower call center workloads and wait times while maintaining high-quality responses, the report said.
