Sigma Healthcare Says Chemist Warehouse Unit Posts Higher Retail Network Sales in Fiscal H1; Shares Rise 8%

Sigma Healthcare (ASX:SIG) said its Chemist Warehouse unit reported preliminary unaudited total retail network sales of AU$5.15 billion in the fiscal half ended December 2024, compared with AU$4.56 billion a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The pharmacy's preliminary unaudited total like-for-like retail network sales grew 10.3% compared with an 8.9% growth the previous year, driven by a strong trading performance in December 2024, the filing said.

Shares of Sigma Healthcare rose 8% in recent Tuesday trade.
