Viva Energy Group reported a 1% increase in total group sales volumes to 4.36 billion liters in the fourth quarter of 2024, compared with the prior-year period's 4.32 billion liters, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Commercial and Industrial fuel volumes achieved a record quarterly sales of 3.01 billion liters, compared with 3 billion liters, while Convenience and Mobility fuel sales reached 1.35 billion liters, compared with 1.32 billion liters last year, the filing said.
Sales volume in 2024 rose 4% to 16.82 billion liters from 16.2 billion liters in 2023, per the filing.
The company anticipates an unaudited group earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of AU$750 million for the full 2024 year, while the Convenience and Mobility EBITDA is expected to fall near the bottom of its guidance range of between AU$230 million and AU$260 million, per the filing.
Shares fell 3% in afternoon trade on Monday.
