EuroEyes International Eye Clinic's (HKG:1846) total eye surgeries for the fourth quarter of 2024 fell by 10% to 6,553, from 7,286 a year prior, a Monday bourse filing said.

The eye clinic operator attributed the decline mainly to the slowdown in demand for myopia correction surgeries and to a lesser extent in the presbyopia correction surgeries.

The clinic recorded 27,045 eye surgeries for the whole year 2024, 4% lower than 28,294 logged for 2023.
