Great Portland Estates said it sees strong leasing momentum at its new Fully Managed building space in Farringdon, London.
The real-estate investment trust on Tuesday said it has let more than 11,300 square feet of its 48,000 square feet Fully Managed office space on 6 St Andrew Street.
The space has been let both faster than the company's underwrite and ahead of estimated rental value, at an average rent of 203 pounds ($253.75) per square feet, to three new customers all set to move in over the next month, it said.
The new customers are Treatwell, Clavium and the Green Finance Institute, it said.
