International Genius (HKG:0033) has extended the long stop date of an agreement to raise HK$302.5 million through the issue of up to 110 million subscription shares to China Daisy, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The extension will give the company additional time to satisfy certain conditions under the agreement.

The parties entered into a contract regarding the share issue in December 2024.
