Future World (HKG:0572) has completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in Excelerate Holding from Choi Cheuk Heng Zenith, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The firm has allotted and issued 1,428,600 new shares in the company to Choi Cheuk Heng Zenith to settle HK$1 million of the consideration. The shares represent roughly 0.56% of the firm's enlarged issued share capital.

The parties had entered into the deal in June 2024, according to the securities trader.
