China Everbright Greentech (HKG:1257) expects to record a loss between HK$500 million and HK$510 million for 2024, 66% to 69% wider than preceding year, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The hazardous waste treatment and disposal company attributed the expected increase to impairment losses on intangible assets during the reporting year, along with keen competition and operating losses from certain projects of the group.
