The Simply Good Foods Company (SMPL) said Tuesday its Chief Financial Officer Shaun Mara plans to retire, effective July 3.
Christopher Bealer will join the company on April 1 as senior vice president of finance and is expected to succeed Mara as CFO upon his retirement, the company said.
The firm said Bealer most recently served as EVP corporate controller at Reckitt Benckiser Group.
