Novartis (NVS) reported Q4 core earnings Friday of $1.98 per share, up from $1.53 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.80.

Revenue for the quarter was $13.15 billion, compared with $11.42 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $12.84 billion.

For 2025, the company said it expects net sales to grow in the mid- to high-single-digit range.
