ONEOK (OKE) said Friday that it had completed the acquisition of EnLink Midstream (ENLC).

ONEOK said EnLink unitholders received 0.1412 shares of ONEOK for each outstanding EnLink common unit they held, and that EnLink will no longer trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
