Resources company Redivium (ASX:RIL) agreed to collaborate with Retela on the development of a lithium-ion battery recycling plant in the Czech Republic, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The companies will work on assessing and developing a recycling plant opportunity, with a joint special purpose vehicle to be established for the planned recycling operations, the filing said.

A detailed business plan, including engineering cost studies and site selection analysis, will be completed for project feasibility, per the filing.
