ManpowerGroup swung to a profit in the fourth quarter, though revenue slipped.

On an adjusted basis, earnings per share came in at $1.02. Analysts were expecting 98 cents a share, according to FactSet.

Revenue fell 5% to $4.4 billion, in line with analyst views.
