Virtual Mind (HKG:1520) and N-Bridge Capital Group agreed to cooperate on the Web3 brand promotion and real asset token issuance projects of the Wangfu Center, a Jan. 24 bourse filing said.

The scope of the cooperation will include comprehensive brand promotion and marketing services, as well as the issue of real asset tokens in places such as Hong Kong or Singapore.

The parties have entered into a non-legally binding cooperation framework agreement for the purpose.
