ServiceNow expanded the roles of several members of its leadership team, which the company said it needed to capitalize on the opportunity that artificial intelligence presents.
The cloud-based software provider on Wednesday said that Chief Financial Officer Gina Mastantuono would also serve as company president. Chief Customer Officer Chris Bedi would also serve as special advisor to the chairman for AI transformation.
Paul Smith, chief commercial officer, would serve as president of global customer and field operations, while chief people officer Jacqui Canney would become chief people and AI enablement officer.
Finally, Nick Tzitzon, chief strategy and corporate affairs officer, would be vice chair.
ServiceNow on Wednesday also reported 21% revenue growth in its fourth quarter and higher profit. Chief Executive Bill McDermott said the company is in the early innings of an opportunity spurred by the rise of AI.
