The consortium formed by China National Complete Plant Import & Export (SHE:000151) and INTEC Energy Solutions Turkey signed a contract for the "Project Sunrise" EPC solar power project in Azerbaijan.
The contract is valued at about $119 million, with a duration of 24 months, according to a filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The contract covers the design, procurement and construction of a solar power plant, including a two-year warranty period as well as operation and maintenance services.
