Wanxiang Qianchao (SHE:000559) has agreed to receive financial services from Wanxiang Finance in a deal between the parties, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Jan. 25.
The finance company will provide deposit, settlement, credit and other financial services to the Chinese auto parts manufacturer.
The maximum daily deposit balance of the company's account will be 7 billion yuan and the comprehensive credit line will also be capped at the same amount, the disclosure said.
