AXP Energy (ASX:AXP) received firm commitments to raise nearly AU$1.3 million through the issue of 833.3 million shares at AU$0.0015 apiece, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The issue price is a premium of over 9% to the 15-day volume-weighted average price of the company's shares.
Directors pledged to invest AU$165,000, subject to shareholders' approval.
Proceeds are earmarked for the roll-out of Modular Data Centers connected to off-grid power generation infrastructure at AXP's Pathfinder Field in Colorado, per the filing.
