Infrastructure developer Welspun Enterprises (NSE:WELENT, BOM:532553) has agreed to sell a 19% stake in Welassure to Rakshak Securitas for 9.5 million Indian rupees, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The company will sell 1,900 equity shares of 10 rupees each of Welassure.

The transaction is expected to be completed by March 31.
