CSI Properties (HKG:0497) is proposing to issue bonus warrants to its shareholders on the basis of one warrant for every 10 consolidated shares held, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The warrants can be exercised between April 7, 2025, and April 7, 2027, at a subscription price of HK$ 0.22 apiece.
The bonus issue is subject to shareholder approval, which the property developer will seek to obtain March 6.
The firm is also seeking approval for the consolidation of every two existing shares of par value HK$0.008 in the company into one consolidated share of par value HK$0.016.
