Magnolia Oil & Gas's board has raised the energy company's quarterly dividend by 15%, to 15 cents from 13 cents.
The new payout, equal to 60 cents a year, represents an annual yield of about 2.53% based on Friday's closing price of $23.70, up from 2.19%.
The Houston company on Monday said the increased dividend is payable March 3 to shareholders of record Feb. 14.
