Seek (ASX:SEK) and Xref (ASX:XF1) agreed to terminate their scheme implementation deed for Seek to acquire Xref, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The decision, effective immediately, comes after failing to receive the required shareholder support, the filing said.
