SATS (SGX:S58) has acquired the remaining 15% stake in SATS Food Solutions Thailand from Bangkok Ranch for about 85.5 million baht (SG$3.4 million), according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The move consolidates ownership as SATS expands production, tapping into rising aviation demand and non-aviation markets.

SATS Food Solutions Thailand is building a 35,000-square-meter facility in Pathum Thani, expected to boost capacity to 108,000 meals daily by late 2025.

The deal aligns with SATS' partnership with Mitsui, which plans to acquire a 15% stake in the unit to support growth through its distribution network.
