Tian Ge Interactive (HKG:1980) subsidiary HuaGe Group terminated its discretionary investment management services agreement with Forshine Asset Management, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The parties agreed to terminate their discretionary account agreement due to changes in the shareholding of Forshine Asset Management's holding company and certain changes in the main contact person between the parties.
HuaGe had agreed to engage Forshine Asset Management for the provision of discretionary investment management services in December 2024. The total investment amount to be managed was $20 million.
