Guangdong Transtek Medical Electronics' (SHE:300562) blood glucose monitoring products received a registration certificate from the US Food and Drug Administration, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Wednesday.

The product is used to detect the glucose concentration of a diabetic patient, the Chinese medical supply company said.

The company's shares jumped over 5% in recent trade.
