Skyfame Realty (Holdings) (HKG:0059) said a bondholder has filed a winding-up petition against the company in the High Court of Hong Kong, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The petition is for HK$7 million worth of unsecured bonds held by the petitioner and the respective accrued interest of HK$2.8 million.

The company does not plan to oppose the petition as it has already decided to accept the liquidation by its joint provisional liquidators.
