Healthpeak Properties (DOC) said late Wednesday its operating company, Healthpeak OP, priced a public offering of $500 million of 5.375% senior unsecured notes due 2035.
The price was 99.549% of the principal amount of the notes, the company said.
The operating company intends to use the net proceeds to repay borrowings under its commercial paper program and for general corporate purposes.
The offering will likely close on Feb. 14, the company said.
