DXP Enterprises (DXPE) said Thursday it has completed the acquisition of Arroyo Process Equipment, a Florida-based distributor of pumps, process equipment, and related services.

Financial details weren't provided.

The transaction, which was signed on Jan. 31, was financed using cash from DXP's balance sheet, the company said.
