Pinnacle Investment Management Group (ASX:PNI) is set to launch an employee share scheme buyback of 15,000 ordinary shares under the Pinnacle omnibus incentive plan, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The shares are currently held by a former employee who is no longer entitled to them under the plan, and the buyback and cancellation will occur on Feb. 26, the filing said.
