Greentown China Holdings (HKG:3900) recorded about 7.1 billion yuan in January sales, with the average selling price standing at 37,278 yuan per square meter, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The group logged 200,000 square meters in sales area for the reporting month with contracted sales coming in at 7 billion yuan of which 4.7 billion yuan was attributable to the Greentown group.

The company sold 1,231 units of self-investment projects during the month with a sales area of approximately 190,000 square meters.
