Sid Meier's Civilization VII - VR, a game developed by PlaySide Studios (ASX:PLY) and published by 2K Games, will launch exclusively on Meta's Meta Quest 3 and 3S players in the spring of 2025, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The video game will be available to play in either virtual reality or mixed reality, the franchise's first foray into the medium, the filing said.
The video game developer and publisher's shares rose 4% in recent trade.
