DHC Software (SHE:002065) is planning to establish a subsidiary, Donghua Data Dalian, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan.
Donghua Data (Dalian) will focus on technology services, data processing and computer system services, and related activities, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The company will invest 90 million yuan, while wholly owned subsidiary Hechuang Technology will contribute 10 million yuan.
