Teradata (TDC) reported Q4 non-GAAP earnings Tuesday of $0.53 per diluted share, down from $0.56 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.43.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $409 million, down from $457 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $414.5 million.
Q1 non-GAAP diluted EPS is forecast from $0.55 to $0.59. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.64. Fiscal 2025 non-GAAP diluted EPS is seen between $2.15 and $2.25. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.46.
The company said Chief Financial Officer Claire Bramley will be leaving, effective March 31. Teradata's Chief Accounting Officer Charles Smotherman has been named interim CFO, effective March 24.
Shares were down more than 12% in after-hours trading.
