Lennar (LEN) said late Monday it has completed the acquisition of Rausch Coleman Homes.

Lennar said it acquired the builder's homebuilding operations, while its unit Millrose Properties (MRP) acquired the land assets, with Lennar retaining options on the land.

The move expands Lennar's reach into new markets in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Alabama, and Kansas, it added.

Financial details were not disclosed.
