Edgewell Personal Care (EPC) shares fell by over 6% after the company reported lower fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings and revenue.

Playa Hotels & Resorts (PLYA) shares advanced by more than 2% after the company said it agreed to be acquired by Hyatt Hotels (H) for $13.50 per share in cash.

McDonald's (MCD) shares were up over 2% even after the company reported lower Q4 non-GAAP earnings and revenue.
