Manhattan Associates CEO Capel to Retire, Appoints Eric Clark CEO

Manhattan Associates said President and Chief Executive Eddie Capel will retire from his position, effective Wednesday.

The technology company said Eric Clark, who has been serving as CEO of NTT Data North America, will succeed Capel.

Capel will continue to serve Manhattan as executive vice-chairman of the board, assisting with CEO transition and special projects.
