CAE (CAE) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Thursday of 0.29 Canadian dollars ($0.20) per diluted share, up from CA$0.24 a year earlier.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was CA$1.22 billion, up from CA$1.09 billion a year earlier.
The company said it continues to target three-year EPS growth in the low- to mid-teens-percentage range.
CAE also said it appointed four new directors to its board, including Calin Rovinescu as chair of the board. Rovinescu previously served as president and chief executive officer of Air Canada until his retirement in 2021.
