Swoop Holdings (ASX:SWP) subsidiary Swoop Telecommunications extended the takeover offer period for Vonex (ASX:VN8) to Feb. 21 from Feb. 14, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
As part of the takeover, the company intends to offer one fully paid-up Swoop Holdings share for every four Vonex shares at an implied price of AU$0.05 per Vonex share.
The offer remains unconditional, the filing said.
Swoop Holding's shares fell 5% on market close.
