Andon Health (SHE:002432) is planning to acquire the remaining 20% stake in its test kit subsidiary, iHealth, from Best Ventures for $45.9 million.

The move will raise Andon Health's stake in iHealth to 100% from 80%, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Shares of the medical devices company were down less than 1% in recent trade.
