Franklin Electric (FELE) said Friday it has agreed to acquire Barnes de Colombia, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial and commercial pumps based in Cota, Colombia.
Franklin Electric said it expects the deal to close on or about March 1, subject to customary closing conditions including Colombian antitrust approval.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
